What is ACH Studio?
ACH Studio is a digital art studio that merges artificial intelligence with human creativity. We specialize in unique, high-resolution artwork available as digital downloads, limited-edition prints, and bespoke commissions. Every piece is designed with emotion, precision, and purpose.
Are your artworks AI-generated?
Yes and no. We use advanced AI tools to generate the base of our artwork, but every piece is guided, curated, and refined by our team. This ensures the final result is more than just an image it’s a story, told in pixels.
What makes your art different from stock images or AI apps?
Our art isn’t mass-generated or generic. Each piece is crafted with intent tailored for storytelling, print quality, and emotional connection. ACH Studio artwork is made for collectors, not content banks.
Digital Downloads
What do I receive when I purchase a digital download?
You’ll receive a high-resolution file (typically 300 DPI, JPG or PNG), ready to print, frame, or use digitally. Download it instantly after checkout.
How can I use my digital art file?
You can:
- Print it at home or via a print service (up to 100x100cm)
- Frame it for your space
- Use it as a desktop or phone background
- Gift it to someone meaningful

Can I return or exchange a digital download?
Due to the nature of digital files, all downloads are final sale. But if there’s a technical issue or you received the wrong file, contact us and we’ll fix it.
Can I use the artwork commercially?
No. All digital downloads are for personal use only. If you’re interested in licensing or commercial rights, please contact us.
Limited-Edition Prints
Do you sell printed versions of your art?
Yes! Select works are available as limited-edition prints, professionally printed on high-quality paper and available in five sizes.
How long does production take?
Each print is made to order. Please allow up to 14 days for printing, inspection, and preparation before shipping.
Will I receive a certificate of authenticity?
Yes. All limited-edition prints come with a signed certificate of authenticity, verifying your artwork’s exclusivity.
Custom Artwork
Can you create custom art for me?
Absolutely. We love collaborations. From custom portraits to meaningful, story-driven pieces, we create bespoke artwork that reflects your vision.

Orders & Delivery
How will I receive my digital download?
You’ll get a download link immediately after checkout via email. You can also access it in your account.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship limited-edition prints worldwide. Shipping times depend on your location and will be calculated at checkout.
What if I don’t receive my file or order?
Check your spam or promotions folder. Still missing? Email us at wayne.allen@achstudio.shop and we’ll help you right away.

Can I preview the artwork before I buy?
Absolutely. All of our Limited-Edition Prints use AR Technology to preview images to help you envision how it might look printed and framed.

Is my payment secure?
Yes. Payments are processed through Shopify’s secure, encrypted checkout. We do not store or share your payment data.
